Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival Pilibhit / Pilibhit Tiger Reserve
Our services start with your arrival at your pre-booked resort / hotel or chuka forest stay. Welcome drink on arrival at the hotel or resort, rest of the day, and enjoy the sunset view in the evening. At night have dinner on time and overnight stay at a resort/hotel or Chuka forest accommodation.
Day 2
Visit Pilibhit Tiger Reserve With Safaris Ride
Get ready for the open jeep safari in the morning which is pre-booked for you in advance. An allotted guide or safari driver will meet you and sit in your safari after that we enter the core area of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve in search of PTR’s remarkable wildlife which is the natural home of animals, different kinds of bird species, and plants. The three-hour wildlife jeep safari will take you through the pristine wilderness area with some of the great sightings of wildlife. After you finish safari come back to the resort and have breakfast. After some rest and lunch ready for the evening jeep safari ride (2:30 pm) in the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve core zone area, find the possibility of a Royal Bangel tiger sighting. Come back from Jungle safari before sunset from jungle to resort and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 3
Visit Pilibhit Tiger Reserve With Safaris Ride
This is 3rd day started with a beautiful early morning, ready for the morning jeep safari ride in the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve core zone area again and find the Tiger and different kinds of birds to capture beautiful pictures with your cameras. Come back from the jungle to the resort after 3 hour’s ride after that have breakfast and rest. After that ready for the evening safari ride in the core zone area till before sunset, come back from the jungle to the resort, and overnight stay at a resort.
Day 4
Check-out PTR & Arrival Dudhwa National Park
On the day 4th of your tour, wake up early morning and enjoy the morning safari ride with the sun rising in the jungle. Our expert guide will try to explore the PTR jungle with your last safari ride in Pilibhit. Come back from the jungle to the resort, after breakfast you will check out from the resort on time and move to Dudhwa National Park. On arrival at Dudhwa check in your pre-booked resort/hotel or FRH cottage. After some rest, start your evening safari ride in the core zone area in Dudhwa National Park, come back from the jungle safari to the resort, and overnight stay at a resort.
Day 5
Visit Dudhwa Nationa Park
On the 5th day of your tour, wake up and start your safari ride in Dudhwa core zone area, After completing the morning safari come back to the resort. After breakfast and lunch start your evening safari ride in Dudhwa again, your evening safari ends before sunset. Come back from the jungle to the resort and overnight stay at a resort.
Day 6
Visit Dudhwa & Kishanpur
On the sixth day of your tour, you’ll embark on an early morning Jeep Safari with expert naturalists, passing through the deep jungle with a high chance of spotting the Royal Bengal Tiger. Dudhwa National Park is popular in India, offering thrilling confrontations between tigers and other animals. After lunch, you’ll explore the Kishanpur Wildlife Sanctuary area and return to your resort for dinner or overnight stay.
Day 7
Visit: Checkout & Back to Home
On the day 7th of your tour, wake up early morning and enjoy the morning safari ride with the sun rising in the jungle. Our expert guide will try to explore the Dudhwa jungle with your last safari ride. Come back from the jungle to the resort, after breakfast you will check out from the resort on time and back to your home with sweet memories with Pilibhit and Dudhwa, Your Pilibhit and Dudhwa wildlife tour ends.

- Above mentioned tour will be booked a minimum of 30 days before your traveling date.
- Time of check-in 12:00 noon and check out 11:00 AM.
- In all hotels base category room will be provided.
- In case of upgradation of room will cost extra and pay to the hotel directly.
- Please make sure and enter correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
- In case of non availability of rooms in mentioned hotel we shall provide similar standard hotel.
- In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
- Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
- Company will not be responsible for any accident, loss/theft or dammage of luggage.
- We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other circumstances require.
- 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.
- 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
- 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost
- 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
- Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
- Jeep Safari amount are non refundable.
- In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
- Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
- In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.
- In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel/Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
- Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar.
